Divine Light Massage reserves the right to refuse service to those who exhibit aggressive or inappropriate behaviour. Customers are expected to respect set boundaries and to not overstep the boundaries of the massage therapist attending to you. Hate speech or discrimination of any kind is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.

APPOINTMENTS

Every customer has a grace period of 15 minutes to show up late for an appointment. If you exceed 15 minutes of lateness, your appointment will be cancelled, and we can reschedule at another time that is best for you.

 If you are consistently late or have frequent no-shows, you will be billled half the amount of your bill .
